According to the FBI UCR data, in 2016, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Muscatine had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (70.8), followed by Fort Madison (56.32), Marshalltown (54.29), Burlington (39.41), and Ottumwa (36.67).
