According to the FBI UCR data, in 2010, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Ottumwa had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (77.55), followed by Fort Dodge (67.45), Council Bluffs (50.67), Waterloo (49.11), and Clinton (48.89).
