According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net domestic migration for Iowa was -4,825. Dallas County had the highest net domestic migration (1,930) followed by Polk County (1,669), and Warren County (828). On the other hand, Iowa had the lowest net domestic migration (-4,825), followed by Story County (-1,209), and Black Hawk County (-1,159).
