According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration for Iowa was -3,603. Dallas County had the highest net domestic migration (1,908) followed by Warren County (780), and Cherokee County (167). On the other hand, Linn County had the lowest net domestic migration (-1,020), followed by Johnson County (-934), and Henry County (-667).
