According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net domestic migration for Mississippi was -4,732. Harrison County had the highest net domestic migration (1,382) followed by Lafayette County (1,137), and DeSoto County (1,095). On the other hand, Hinds County had the lowest net domestic migration (-3,268), followed by Washington County (-576), and Coahoma County (-566).
