Fall River County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (47.38), followed by Custer County (41.59), and Lincoln County (30.14). On the other hand, Jones County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-43.21), followed by Charles Mix County (-20.05), and Corson County (-15.24).
