Custer County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (42.81), followed by Lawrence County (41.35), and Fall River County (37.1). On the other hand, Buffalo County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-25.61), followed by Lyman County (-20.62), and Dewey County (-18.52).
