Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (973,556), followed by Montgomery County (628,140), and Philadelphia County (551,266). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,614), followed by Forest County (5,417), and Sullivan County (5,856).
