Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 9,743,314 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 74.87% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2021. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (961,588), followed by Montgomery County (635,205), and Philadelphia County (546,203). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,244), followed by Forest County (4,823), and Sullivan County (5,507).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Jefferson County had the highest percentage (97.11%), followed by Elk County (97.03%), and Armstrong County (96.75%).
