Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 9,744,789 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 74.89% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2021. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (965,225), followed by Montgomery County (639,512), and Philadelphia County (540,913). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,256), followed by Forest County (4,747), and Sullivan County (5,460).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (97.14%), followed by Jefferson County (97.06%), and Armstrong County (96.75%).
