Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 233,403 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone in Nevada and they represented 8.28% of the total population of Nevada in 2014. Clark County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (218,485), followed by Washoe County (9,547), and Nye County (1,253). On the other hand, Eureka County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (13), followed by Esmeralda County (17), and Lander County (36).
