Cumberland County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (259,549), followed by York County (189,506), and Penobscot County (144,915). On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (16,602), followed by Franklin County (29,541), and Washington County (29,585).
