Cumberland County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (274,170), followed by York County (201,859), and Penobscot County (143,452). On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (16,360), followed by Washington County (28,127), and Franklin County (29,034).
