According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the counties in the United States, Los Angeles County, CA had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (4.40M), followed by Cook County, IL (3.19M), and Maricopa County, AZ (2.48M).
