Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all US states and DC, Maine had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic White (94.49%), followed by Vermont (94.40%), and West Virginia (93.21%).
On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic White (22.78%), followed by District of Columbia (35.02%), and California (40.24%).
