Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all US states and DC, Maine had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic White (92.93%), followed by Vermont (92.50%), and West Virginia (91.96%).
On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic White (21.52%), followed by California (36.42%), and New Mexico (36.69%).
