Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all US states and DC, Maine had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic White (93.16%), followed by Vermont (92.68%), and West Virginia (92.11%).
On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic White (21.69%), followed by California (36.87%), and New Mexico (36.98%).
