Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all US states and DC, Maine had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic White (92.67%), followed by Vermont (92.10%), and West Virginia (91.59%).

On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic White (21.60%), followed by California (35.98%), and District of Columbia (37.12%).
