Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all US states and DC, Maine had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic White (94.01%), followed by Vermont (93.80%), and West Virginia (92.73%).
On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic White (22.45%), followed by District of Columbia (35.69%), and California (39.03%).
