United States Non-Hispanic Asian alone Population By State in 2014

Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 16,747,613 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in the United States and they represented 5.26% of the total US population in 2014.

California had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (5,336,073), followed by New York (1,606,974), and Texas (1,191,218). On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (5,042) followed by Montana (7,993), and Vermont (9,394).

When it comes to the percentage of each state's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Hawaii had the highest percentage (36.58%), followed by California (13.83%), and New Jersey (9.07%).
