United States Non-Hispanic Asian alone Population By State in 2013

Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 16,213,308 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in the United States and they represented 5.13% of the total US population in 2013.

California had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (5,196,395), followed by New York (1,568,438), and Texas (1,121,347). On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (5,064) followed by Montana (7,666), and North Dakota (8,986).

When it comes to the percentage of each state's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Hawaii had the highest percentage (36.88%), followed by California (13.58%), and New Jersey (8.91%).
