Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (11,917), followed by Pennington County (9,657), and Todd County (7,738). On the other hand, Miner County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (8), followed by McPherson County (9), and Faulk County (12).
