Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 593,373 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Illinois and they represented 4.62% of the total population of Illinois in 2010. Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (325,754), followed by DuPage County (93,861), and Lake County (44,742). On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (5), followed by Schuyler County (9), and Pope County (11).
