United States Non-Hispanic White alone Population By State in 2019

Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 197,255,617 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in the United States and they represented 60.08% of the total US population in 2019.

California had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (14,364,928), followed by Texas (11,939,907), and Florida (11,477,351). On the other hand, District of Columbia had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (264,894) followed by Hawaii (304,634), and Alaska (439,032).

When it comes to the percentage of each state's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Maine had the highest percentage (92.93%), followed by Vermont (92.50%), and West Virginia (91.96%).
