Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 7,699,015 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Illinois and they represented 60.78% of the total population of Illinois in 2019. Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (2,160,732), followed by DuPage County (608,672), and Will County (430,719). On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (3,379), followed by Hardin County (3,640), and Alexander County (3,694).
