Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 8,039,292 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Illinois and they represented 62.39% of the total population of Illinois in 2014. Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (2,264,155), followed by DuPage County (638,247), and Will County (448,993). On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (3,680), followed by Pope County (3,943), and Hardin County (3,963).
