United States Non-Hispanic White alone Population By State in 2014

Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 197,853,958 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in the United States and they represented 62.14% of the total US population in 2014.

California had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (14,902,587), followed by Texas (11,731,441), and New York (11,172,742). On the other hand, District of Columbia had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (238,068) followed by Hawaii (316,538), and Alaska (456,876).

When it comes to the percentage of each state's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Maine had the highest percentage (93.78%), followed by Vermont (93.65%), and West Virginia (92.59%).
