Unemployment Rate of African Countries in 2006

In 2006, Djibouti had the highest unemployment rate (27.77%), followed by Eswatini (27.62%), and then Namibia (22.18%). Benin had the lowest unemployment rate (0.86%) in Africa in 2006.
The World Bank defines unemployment rate as "the share of the labor force that is without work but available for and seeking employment".
