According to data from the World Bank, in 1993, Seychelles had the highest GDP per Capita (US$ 6978.68), followed by Libya (US$ 6745.93), and Gabon (US$ 4109.9).

On the other hand, Liberia had the lowest GDP per capita (US$ 75.21), followed by Uganda (US$ 165.47), and Ethiopia (US$ 168.26).
