According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, there were 27,915,715 people who identified as Some Other Race Alone, which was 8.42% of the total US population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

California had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone population (8,370,596), followed by Texas (3,951,366), and then New York (2,210,633). On the other hand, the 3 states that had the least number of Some Other Race Alone population include: Vermont (5,247), Maine (9,730), and North Dakota (11,382).
